Once you purchase a hearing aid from Hearfocus Ltd, personal consultations will be provided, if required, without charge, to assess your progress and offer further assistance. In the unlikely event that the hearing instrument supplied to you is not of satisfactory quality, or is not fit for the purpose described, you will be refunded in full. If you change your mind and decide you would like to return your hearing instrument(s) to us, and they are of satisfactory quality and were correctly prescribed, you may do so providing they are in good condition and are returned to Hearfocus Ltd within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to make a deduction if necessary to cover the cost of any consumables that are not returned with your hearing instrument, or if it is not in a new condition, and returned in the original packaging.

MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE AND SERVICE: Your hearing instrument(s) will be guaranteed against any defect of workmanship or material for a period of at least 24 months from date of purchase. Damage due to misuse, accident or attempted repairs may not be covered against the Manufacturer’s Guarantee. Interference with the instrument and/or replacement of parts, other than by the Manufacturer’s authorised agents, renders the Guarantee invalid. Service under the terms of guarantee and subsequently, will be provided through Hearfocus Ltd.

All hearing aid dispensers are required to be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a copy of the Council’s Code of Practice may be seen on request. The Council’s duties include ensuring adequate standards in dispensers’ conduct and competence. More information can be obtained from Health Professions Council, Park House 184, Kennington Park Road, London SE11 4BU.

None of the forgoing affects your statutory rights under the Sales Of Goods 1979 Act as amended, further guidance on which can be obtained from a local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Department.
